Notice Regarding Pool Toys
Published: September 10, 2025
As the Managing Agent for Erwin Farms, wanted to provide the community with an update regarding the pool toys and the recent work around the pool. Over the course of the past two weeks, we have had a plumbing company on-site working to locate a leak associated with the plumbing lines from one of the pool pumps that controls the pool toys. The plumbing is located a few feet underground, which is why some homeowners may have noticed digging being conducted by the plumbing company in between the pool fence and the pool equipment area.
As of early last week, the plumbing company has determined that the leak is not located in the area that they have dug up thus far. Because of this, further excavation will need to continue into the area that is currently covered by the pool deck paving. In an effort to preserve this area for the remainder of the pool season, the decision has been made to hold off on further leak identification efforts until the pool closes on October 7th. As a result, the pool toys will not be in working order for the remainder of the 2025 Pool Season.
We sincerely understand that this has been a painstaking issue throughout this summer, and as we work to make the permanent repairs for the community’s enjoyment in 2026, we appreciate the community’s understanding.
